Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • All items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date and, must be returned in an unused condition and the cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you. (Exceptions – Earrings and Hair Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once received due to health regulations)
  • After 7 days all sales are final.
  • We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.
  • All returned items must still have all tags intact.
  • We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Please note CLOVER has a no refund or exchange policy on Sale Items or Pre-Order items.
  • All DISCOUNTED & SALE items are final sale.
  • Pre-Order: While we encourage you to secure our often-limited products, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre-order. We do not take cancellations or returns/exchanges on pre-orders that are placed.
  • Please note if you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings or hair accessories, for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
