Please note all orders are posted from the Head Office in Western Australia, postage delays may occur for over east orders via Australia Post.

Within Australia

  • $9.95 Flat Rate for Express Postage via Australia Post takes approx 2-5 business days (with tracking) depending on location from CBD.

International

  • $20 AUD Flat Rate for all countries via DHL (with tracking) takes approx 5 -10 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Pre-orders are made to order and so they are final and are delivered as soon as they are produced.
  • Please note that although we aim to dispatch all orders made before 1 pm the same day we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. CLOVER is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • CLOVER is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
  • Unfortunately there’s no shipping to multiple addresses, you may only ship to one address per order.
  • CLOVER is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable CLOVER may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.
